Today marked an important milestone in our ongoing collaboration with Tashkent International University (TIU) as we held a detailed planning meeting for the establishment of the TIU AI Center. The meeting brought together key stakeholders from both institutions to discuss curriculum design, technology infrastructure, and operational frameworks for this ambitious project.

Our discussions centered on several critical aspects of the AI Center’s development:

  1. Student Selection and Support

    • Targeting 20 motivated students with IT backgrounds
    • Focus on those seeking employment post-graduation
    • Developing strategies to support English language proficiency
  2. Curriculum Innovation

    • 16-week course structure
    • Integration of both Microsoft Azure and AWS certification paths
    • Balance between theoretical knowledge and practical skills
  3. Technology Infrastructure

    • State-of-the-art computer lab with advanced graphics capabilities
    • Implementation of a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Access to cutting-edge AI tools including MS Copilot
  4. Operational Framework

    • Evening class schedule to maximize accessibility
    • Structured course progression
    • Clear pathways for student development and certification

The meeting highlighted our shared commitment to creating an AI education center that not only meets current industry standards but also prepares students for the future of technology. By combining TIU’s local expertise with our experience in AI education, we’re building a program that will significantly impact Uzbekistan’s tech education landscape.

Looking ahead, we’ve established clear next steps and timelines for implementation. The center aims to begin operations with its first cohort of students in the coming academic year, marking an exciting new chapter in international educational collaboration.

This initiative represents more than just an educational program; it’s a step toward establishing Uzbekistan as a hub for AI education in Central Asia. We’re excited to continue this journey with TIU and look forward to seeing the impact this center will have on the region’s technological development.

Special thanks to our partners at TIU for their hospitality and shared vision for the future of AI education. Together, we’re building something truly transformative for the next generation of tech leaders in Uzbekistan.
