Proud Moment at the 2025 IN-JEJU Challenge: Student Teams Win Top Honors
I am excited to share that the student teams I advised from Cheju Halla University’s Department of Artificial Intelligence achieved outstanding results at the IN-JEJU Challenge (August 18–21, 2025).

🏆 Best Prize (Effectively the Grand Prize)
Team “A$AP Han Rockey” presented their project “Plan-Based Multi-Agent Simulation for Robot Learning Data Augmentation.” Their innovative approach addresses the critical dataset bottleneck in Physical AI by utilizing IoT integration and multi-agent collaboration to speed up robot learning while reducing costs and risks.

🥉 Encouragement Award (Excellence Award)
Team “The End of the Human Age Has Come” unveiled an AIoT Agent System, envisioning the future of human–AI collaboration for real-world IoT challenges.
A True Victory
These results are even more meaningful considering that the official “Grand Prize” went to a project nearly identical to last year’s winner — so, in effect, my students’ “Best Prize” recognition was the real top honor this year.
Innovation in Action
Beyond the awards, what excites me most is how these projects reflect my students’ ability to combine cutting-edge AI research, IoT technology, and creative problem-solving to address pressing societal and industrial challenges in Jeju and beyond.

Congratulations to Our Champions
Congratulations once again to my brilliant students for their hard work and dedication:
