We did it! 🚀

After months of planning, late-night calls, and countless cups of coffee, the 2026 Jeju RISE·AWS Global Space Bootcamp is finally happening.

Today, 50 amazing students walked into ESTsoft Jeju Campus ready to change their lives. From Jeju, from across Korea, and from 8 different countries. Different majors, different stories, different dreams — now starting one shared journey.

This is exactly what we dreamed of.

And I have to give a massive shoutout to my dear friends CJ and Seamus Yu Harte from Stanford d.school. You two flew all the way to Jeju to lead our Design Thinking sessions, and I can’t thank you enough. Watching you work your magic today reminded me why I believe so deeply in this program. You’re not just incredible educators; you’re incredible humans. Thank you for believing in us. 🙏

To our students: I meant what I said today. Fail fast, learn faster. This island, these 4 weeks, these teammates — they’re yours now. Make the most of it.
