After a celebratory morning, the energy in the Main Hall shifted to intense focus this afternoon for the Azure AI Agent Hackathon Final Pitches! 🚀
Our students spent the day in the Development Labs finalizing their prototypes, and the results were truly impressive. The goal was to solve local challenges using Azure AI technologies, and the creativity on display was inspiring.
Proud to announce the final rankings:
🏆 1st Place: VCoders
They impressed everyone with their “Global Intelligence Map.” This tool uses Azure OpenAI to visualize real-time geopolitical news and sentiment on a map, aiding in strategic decision-making for sectors like government and tourism. A complete and functional product!
🥈 2nd Place: DeepCore
This team presented an “AI Business Assistant” utilizing a RAG system. Demoed for a cake shop, it acts as a 24/7 employee handling orders, locations, and sales reports via Telegram and web interfaces.
🥉 3rd Place: DarkByte
They tackled the local housing market with an “AI Real Estate Search Platform.” Their solution moves beyond standard filters to understand user emotions and context (like “near schools”) to find the perfect home.
